Eisen Boxing is a fictional boxing and kickboxing gym in Dortmund with two rings, 24 heavy bags, classes from age 6 to 60 and a free first week. The demo shows how a fight gym can look tough and still feel welcoming – attracting beginners, parents and women who might otherwise never walk through the door.

The problem this website solves

Boxing gyms have a reputation problem. Newcomers worry they will be hit, that they are too unfit, or that they will feel out of place. Parents worry about discipline and safety. Typical gym websites make it worse with aggressive imagery and no answers. This design keeps the raw, industrial look – bold condensed headlines, sharp corners, black and electric blue – but pairs it with calm, direct reassurance: “You never spar until you are ready, and your first week is free.”

Key features in detail

1. Plan calculator

The visitor sets sessions per week (1–6), chooses a plan – Flex with monthly cancellation (€59), a 12-month contract (€45 per month) or a 10-session card (€130) – adds optional personal training sessions at €55 each and ticks whether they are a student or under 18 (25% off). The calculator returns the monthly cost, the price per session, the discount, the personal-training cost and a recommendation for the best plan. With the default three sessions per week on the Flex plan it shows €59 per month, about €4.57 per session, and recommends the 12-month plan for regular trainers. Gloves and wraps are free in the first month – a small detail that removes a real barrier.

2. Classes for every goal

Six class types are explained plainly: boxing basics (stance, footwork, combinations, no sparring), boxing fitness with pads and conditioning, kickboxing four times a week, controlled sparring by invitation for advanced members, kids and youth classes for ages 6 to 15 and personal training from €55. Frequency badges such as “Daily” or “4× week” help visitors imagine their week.

3. Free trial week booking

The booking section offers a free trial for beginners, a kids trial (ages 6–15), a women-only class on Tuesday and Thursday and personal training. Visitors state their main interest – boxing, kickboxing or fitness – their age group and any injuries or experience. The confirmation says exactly what to bring: sports clothes, indoor shoes and water. Phone is a required field, so the gym can call back every serious lead.

4. Coaches, reviews and the “Will I get hit?” FAQ

Licensed coaches with competition experience and first-aid training are introduced with their languages. Reviews (4.9 / 5 from 370 reviews) mention friendliness, a calmer and more confident child and “real boxing, no gimmicks”. The FAQ addresses the biggest fears head-on: beginners never spar, everyone works at their own level, kids start at 6 and what to bring.
