Atem is a fictional yoga studio in Münster with twenty mats per class, eight teachers, 32 classes a week and a warm, mirror-free room. The demo shows how a yoga studio can help hesitant newcomers find the right class on their own – and book their first visit before nerves get the better of them.
The problem this website solves
Yoga has a huge range of styles – vinyasa, yin, hatha, prenatal, therapeutic – and the names alone intimidate beginners. Many people think “I’m not flexible enough” or “I don’t know which class to pick” and simply never book. A conventional timetable page does not help. This design replaces the timetable with a guided class finder and surrounds it with a calm, reassuring tone: “Breathe first. Everything else follows.”
Key features in detail
1. Interactive class finder
Instead of making visitors decode a schedule, the class finder asks one simple question: what are you looking for? Five answers lead to a tailored suggestion: “I am completely new” suggests Hatha basics with times, level, what to bring and the two-week intro offer for €25; “I want to sweat” points to Vinyasa flow daily at 07:00 and 19:00; “Stress & sleep” recommends Yin & restore on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday evenings; “My back hurts” leads to an eight-week back care course (€120) taught with a physiotherapist, certified so that many health insurers refund up to 80%; and “I am pregnant” suggests prenatal yoga from week 13. Each result ends with a booking button for exactly that class.
2. Classes with levels and durations
The classes section lists vinyasa flow, yin & restore, hatha basics, pregnancy yoga, back care and meditation, each with duration (30 to 75 minutes) and level. Visitors see at a glance that “all levels are welcome”.
3. Class booking with real-life rules
Booking options include an intro class, a drop-in class (€18), a pregnancy class, the back care course and a private session (€85). Visitors choose a teacher or “any teacher”, describe their yoga experience and mention any injuries. The page states the rules clearly: free cancellation up to four hours before, arrival ten minutes early for the first class and a reminder two hours before the session. Clear rules mean fewer no-shows and fewer messages for the front desk.
4. Teachers, reviews and a gentle FAQ
Teachers are introduced with their training, languages and specialities. At least 500 hours of training per teacher is a strong credibility signal. Reviews (4.9 / 5 from 410) include a 58-year-old who was “scared of yoga” and a back-pain sufferer who credits the course. The FAQ answers practical questions: mats and blankets are provided, the room is warm at about 26 °C but is not hot yoga and memberships can be paused for holidays, illness or pregnancy.
